  • Occupational Health – Injury treatment and case management, physicals, drug screening, immunizations and more;
  • Employee Assistance Program – Confidential counseling, crisis response services and professional training programs;
  • Wellness Services – Wellness promotion and strategic planning, health-risk assessments, clinical screenings, personalized wellness coaching and a wellness portal;
  • Rehabilitation – Post-injury evaluation and treatment, ergonomic and job-site analyses, functional capacity evaluations, work hardening and conditioning and return-to-work programs;
  • FMLA Administration – Coordination of all FMLA absences, certification review and authorization and compliance review;
  • Self-Insured Medical Plan Administration – Third Party Administrator provides claims processing and payment, medical and pharmacy management and risk mitigation strategies; and
  • Fully-Insured Health Plans – Health insurance options for employers with two or more employees. The insurance carrier assumes financial risk of your medical expenses.
